Problems due to festivity

Due to festivity before and after it is shown that: Hospitals are closed. Transportation are expansible. Daily needs are not available properly. Presses are closed for two days and all things do not its own origin.  Why we face these problems? I think The Indian people more aware about their religion, culture and festival. The Indian tradition so old but till now at vogue. Mughal  Emperors have ruled more than 700 years and British emperors have ruled over 100 years. But The Indian tradition are same.I think festivals must should be celebrated but basic needs should not be effected.
