What is leadership?
  
In a very simple way , we can understand that just a family has its own leadership.It is called also guardianship. Without guardianship , the family members cannot solve their internal problems. So just like this citizens have their own problems, facilities and difficulties. All problems can be solved under a leadership, not individually.

Who is leader?

Who can understand the problems of family members is called guardian and who is able to understand the problems of citizens is called leader. A leader nor cruel neither dictator.It is fact that a real leadership quality based leader can change the life of human, and a cheap leadership quality based person can destroy the life of citizens.
