What is leadership?    In a very simple way , we can understand that just a family has its own leadership.It is called also guardianship. Without guardianship , the family members cannot solve their internal problems. So just like this citizens have their own problems, facilities and difficulties. All problems can be solved under a leadership, not individually. Who is leader? Who can understand the problems of family members is called guardian and who is able to understand the problems of citizens is called leader. A leader nor cruel neither dictator.It is fact that a real leadership quality based leader can change the life of human, and a cheap leadership quality based person can destroy the life of citizens. 

Why The Muslim Women Out of home? Nowadays Muslim women looking on the road and sitting beside the road in India.  They are showing protest against (CAA) it means "citizenship amendment act".This act going against Muslim community. Because this act: Muslim community citizenship at stake. A Muslim lady don't want to go out of home in normal life because her religious, social and cultural bounds. Pointless views When do you have any idea, to share publicly and you have also  points according to your ideas along with you are able to prove your  ideas arguably, then your idea should be excepted. But Practical ideas always been favorable, Only sharing ideas not a good thing, you will see. The world except only achievers's ideas because they changed their theories into practical. A minor thing will be great when you turn into particle and a great thing will be minor when you only talk about it and you will do nothing according to practice.   

What is Goodness? Goodness is a very good quality in humanity.Goodness can solve the all problems in our life. Good person rarely found in this world . Whenev er you find a good person you should must respect him. I always respect the good person and value his goodness overall. Goodness is a God gifted thing. you may forget all discomfort because any other's goodness. It may solved the all anxieties. 

Typing is not easy It is understood that TYPING is very easy  to earn livelihood and a man can spend a normal life to type many pages in a day. But it is not easy, Because a simple typist does not very useful in attractive designing , So designer as well as typist maybe more useful than a simple typi st. Now it is not easy because it is not its origin form. I think the  TYPING is a great job. Because it is an old and respective profession. But it is not possible without concentration, care and presence of mind and It is also famous: that the typist has no more value in standard family because his short income. When a person maint ains its quality according their ability, then the other people always rely on him. But it is difficult to maintain the quality . ACTION AND REACTION Reactionaries play very important role in our life and in our society. They should not be neglected. Although, It feels sometime unnecessary and problematic but because it we do anything thoughtfully ,carefully and cautiously. If the reactions are based on truth and reality then should be must except able. Reactions us to do work in straight way. If the  action has no then should be considered our action has no life. The politeness makes a man powerful. Rudeness shows the week point of a man or woman. politeness has a long life and rudeness has no life. So I believe in politeness.

HARDSHIP AND OPPORTUNITY Many  people who deprived from miseries , hardship and all types of difficulties. They have been suffering  from their failure and discomfort in his life. He could not established his life in proper way but they never lost their courage and dream .After all hardship, He accepted as achievers and the world knows his name as achievers.

Over confidence and unnecessary cautiousness   Because psychological pressure over confidence and unnecessary cautiousness related to psychology. Both of them are demolishing. It has been seen several time that How a champion loses his fight because his over confidence, and a student does not write good in his examination because his nervousness. It applies for all situations.    I think and according to point we should be in normal position. It means the confidence and the cautiousness should be measured equally.     It means not over confident nor totally carefree.
